What is a staycation exactly? A staycation is where an individual, couple, family or group decides to do things in their hometown instead of traveling out of town. People are choosing this form of relaxing because they cannot afford to travel any longer. The main contributor, of course, is the rising price of gas.
Staycations will continue to be the trend of American families over the next year or so as long as fuel prices, car rental prices, airplane ticket prices, bus ticket prices, and train ticket prices skyrocket.
